Hot melt

Hot melt is very important to automatic line in modern package machine, its fast drying,
strong bonding, stability and other advantages make it be more widely used now.
We provide hot melt glue in the whole nitrogen protection and underwater vacuum pelletizing, 
effectively avoiding the product affect by the air.
We supply products of different shapes. 
For the towel box hot melt, automatic feeding speed can be up to 150/ min, can meet customers`
requirements in high and low temperature and other requirements.

Hot melt: Applicable for varieties of substrates (OPR Printing etc.)
Stringing free and fast setting for high speed

Some solutions for hot melt during production:
1.Machine protect or temperature error :check the sensor or control system,some sensor error will cause this abnormal info.
2. Gun with drawing:check the temperature ,the glue gun distance and material distance,
and check the glue gun aging
3.Stick bad: Check if choose the right hot melt type, then check the speed of machine to calculate the opening time, curing time and pressure pressing time
4.Poor temperature resistance:Check whether the glue is completely cured and whether there is good moisture when bonding
