Part 2:

Mechanical structure:

1) The machine frame is made by steel plate and welded with square tube

2) The side plate is thickness d=25mm steel plate, precision machining by CNC machining center

3) Four-blade pneumatic perforation: The perforation cutter shaft, winding roller and paper feeding roller are all made of seamless steel pipe, which reduces tool consumption, reduces noise and ensures clear perforation at high speed.

4) The perforating cutter shaft is driven by double-row sprocket wheel, and the rest are all driven by synchronous belt.

5) Trimming slide rails, using Taiwan brand (HIWIN)

Part 3:

Unwind stand

1) Single-layer independent motor unwind stand, side plate frame with pneumatic paper feeding device;

2) 2 rolls, with independent motor and inverter control

With 2 driving flat belts for each jumbo roll

Pneumatic roll lifting

With independent motor and inverter control, the speed of the each part can be adjusted by the touch screen.

3) All stainless steel tube paper guide roller
