1.Machine introduction:
1.1 TP-TP - R220SM single roll paper automatic packing machine is suitable for single toilet paper roll with core or coreless , kitchen tissue, fully automatic packing.
1.2. Paper feeding, film feeding, longitudinal sealing, cutting, coreless paper exhaust, reversing operation actions are driven by servo control method that has complete run function configuration, high efficiency, simple operation, specifications for wide range, quick changeover specifications, convenient maintenance low use cost and other the advantages.
1.3. Packing core toilet paper stable production speed up to 200 pcs/ min.
1.4. Packing coreless toilet paper stable production speed up to 150 / min
Only electronic setting, free conversion is done for tissue length between 80 mm to 195 mm

4、Standard of finished and qualified product
4.1 Test and acceptance of packing product size：
Length mm、dia mm。error of length and width of tissue≤2mm，cutting end skewness degree ≤2mm，quality of packing film： SPP ；thickness： ≥0.018mm 。
vertical sealing, both ends seal flat and hot bad month≤5mm；production date,batch No etc. Printed clear and correct；Picture of packing film in middle error ≤±2mm、two ends not reveal exceed 3mm, not bale off.≤5mm vertical end seal of tissue two ends sealed fat, no seal bad mouth ≤5mm
9.2 Guarantee production speed：180 roll /min，it is not including due to blank bag because of low speed feeding in front end.
Guarantee product capacity rate:≥90% test product time:4h. Raw paper changing and other which is not for the quality of packing machine and lead to machine stop and waiting time are excluded. Counting test product quantity when testing, counting unqualified product after tested for counting rate of finished product.
Guarantee finished product rate ≥98% . It is not counting the size of the tissue that exceed the allow range, unqualified packing film, buyer worker mistake operation lead to unqualified product.
