TP-JZD-100C Full automatic facial tissue box packing machine

The device is suitable for single-packing machine packaging, adopts servo drive and PLC control system. The storage carton platform automatically takes the box to the conveying mechanism and opens the box and then sends it to the box-opening mechanism; then the mold pushes the product into the carton. During the process of cartoning, the automatic glue dispenser seals the box and sends it out of the packaging machine.

Improvements Comparing previous device :

1. use the servo to change the paper speed and length. It can be perfectly applied to various materials and set a stable speed of 80 boxes/minute.

2. The improvement of the material conveyor belt is now changed to the synchronous belt transmission, which has smaller sound, convenient operation and replacement, and lower maintenance cost.

3. The conveyor belt is pressed to change the cylinder, so that the adjustment is more convenient, fast and stable, and there will be no looseness.

4. The conveyor belt is replaced by a screw to increase the stability and make the movement smoother.

5. The length adjustment screw is replaced by a needle screw to make the adjustment more accurate and no gap sway.
